As soon as we receive your payment, we will be able to confirm your participation in the symposium.

You also have the option to make a donation on top of your fee to fund our bursary program and help other participants with less resources attend, if you feel like it.

Cancellation policy: Should you need to cancel, due to the limited number of spaces we request that you let us know at least 60 days before the start of the event. Any cancellations made at least 60 days before the start of the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days from the start of the event will receive an 85% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event will not receive a refund.
