Le Ciel Foundation and the Holistic Visions community are leading an ambitious movement to inspire and empower 3% of the world’s population by 2026.

The growth then becomes exponential, enabling large-scale, systemic shifts that shape a brighter future.
Throughout 2025, we will progressively introduce different concepts and actions that can change the day-to-day life of those who embrace them and positively impact the people around them.
There will be a series of 12 of these concepts and actions, shared and integrated one after the other.
By 2026, the goal is to unite for a Primordial Wisdom day, where everyone engaged in the 3% movement will simultaneously set out to implement all 12 actions on the same day, creating a massive collective experience and impact that will deeply transform their day—and the day of millions of others.
