Cancellation policy: Should you like to withdraw your sponsorship and be refunded, we request that you let us know at least 60 days before the start of the event. Any withdrawals made at least 60 days before the start of the event will receive a full refund. Withdrawals made between 60 and 30 days from the start of the event will receive an 85% refund. Withdrawals made less than 30 days prior to the event will not receive a refund.
